The Employee Secure Site is available only over the internet. For this reason, it is incumbent upon the Employee to:
- have hardware, software and programs that meet the minimum technical requirements,
- maintain this equipment,
- ensure that the hardware is secure, particularly through the use of an up-to-date anti-virus program that meets the technological standards of the market,
- have access to the internet and refrain from behaviour that contravenes laws and regulations and that is likely to lead to the termination or suspension of their internet access.
To ensure the confidentiality of the Employee Secure Site and to attribute to the Employee the transactions carried out through this service, the site can be accessed only after prior authentication using Authentication data.
Initially, the Authentication data required to access the Employee Secure Site are passed on to each Employee in accordance with the procedures agreed to with the Company.
When the Employee logs in to the Employee Secure Site for the first time, they must change the temporary password initially provided to them. Thereafter, the Employee is advised to change their password frequently.
The Employee is allowed three attempts to enter their Authentication data to access the Employee Secure Site. After the third unsuccessful attempt, access to their accounts and secure information is disabled and any further access to the Employee Secure Site is refused. In order to unlock access to their account, the Beneficiary should contact Natixis Interépargne through the website or by telephone at the number given on account statements, Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 6 pm (Paris time), or by mail.
The Employee Investment Funds (FCPEs) that appear on the site have been approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (French financial markets authority) and have received authorization to be marketed in France and possibly in other countries where authorized by law.

The Employee acknowledges that they have been fully informed of the operating procedures of the Company’s employee savings scheme(s) and their Individual Account.
The Employee declares in particular that they are aware of and accept the risks inherent in redemption requests made on their Individual Account, notably with respect to early release (the Employee is required to first show that such a request is well founded).
Prior to any transaction, the Employee will read the KIIDs for the investment vehicles, together with the regulations and agreements of the employee savings schemes, in order to find out about the processing methods for these transactions.
The involvement of Natixis Interépargne in receiving, transmitting and executing Employee orders shall not imply any assessment on its part of the advisability of these orders; this shall remain the exclusive responsibility of the Beneficiary.
It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the email address entered on their Personal Site is their personal address (used by them alone for personal or professional purposes).
Natixis Interépargne draws the user’s attention to the fact that the email address provided is used to notify the user of information made available on their Personal Site relating to the operation of their employee savings account.
Natixis Interépargne recommends the use of the email address format [user][@][domain][.][suffix], without a separator or only using the separators [.], [-] and [_]. Any other separator may be rejected by Natixis Interépargne’s IT system. Similarly, Natixis Interépargne does not recommend the use of wording such as "admin@, spam@, info@, sales@" in the email address provided, as these may also be rejected by Natixis Interépargne’s IT system.
The personal data collected on this site will be processed electronically for the purpose of processing the Employee's employee savings.
The information recorded is reserved for use by the departments concerned and may be passed on to the service provider for Natixis Interépargne’s direct marketing campaigns aimed at corporate clients and employees. This recipient is located in the United States of America. This recipient will receive the following information only: civil status, identity, identification data, and economic and financial information.
The following safeguards have been taken to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data: standard contractual clauses drawn up by the European Commission.
For the security of so-called sensitive transactions (change of mailing address or bank details) or to change them via the internet, an SMS authentication system has been set up which requires the Employee to provide their mobile phone number. This mobile phone number may also be used by the Natixis Interépargne departments to process the Employee's employee savings. This is not mandatory, but the only other way to modify these data is via regular mail.
All these data are collected by Natixis Interépargne which is in charge of processing.
Pursuant to the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended in 2004, Employees have the right to access and correct their data and they may do so by contacting Natixis Interépargne at the following address: Direction de la Communication – 30, avenue Pierre Mendès France – 75013 PARIS. Employees may also, for legitimate reasons, refuse to have their data processed.
Apart from necessary service interruptions relating to technical maintenance, the Employee Secure Site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to the provisions of the article below on suspension of the Employee Secure Site.
Natixis Interépargne may suspend all or part of the Employee Secure Site for the purpose of maintaining and improving said site. When this occurs, Natixis Interépargne shall make every effort to give the Employee prior notice. In the event of a technical incident or risk that affects the security of the Employee Secure Site, Natixis Interépargne may interrupt the service at any time without giving the Employee prior notice.
